Responsibilities:
• Responding positively to customer telephone enquires
• Answer customers questions regarding service requirements, warranty issues and repairs
• Create service bookings and ensure these are managed efficiently
• Create Job Cards/Service Packs
• Liaising with Customer Care Manager to ensure workshop
loading suits diary bookings
• Liaising with Parts & Warranty Departments to track
progress of claims/parts
• Establish customers’ requirements
• Liaising with third part contractors for body repairs and valeting
• Ensure that vehicles are completed on time agreed
• Checking all documents for accurate completion
• Producing invoices and explain content to customers during
collection process
• Processing payments
Skills:
• Experience beneficial
• Computer literate
• Strong customer service
• Flexible approach to working
• A full and valid UK driving licence
