Reporting to a Financial Director, the position available is for an Accounts Administrator to work as part of a small team. The purpose of the role is to assist the Finance Director and his team to maintain the office and to keep it running smoothly.
The duties and responsibilities of the role will include:
• Working with spreadsheets, sales and purchase ledger and journals
• Preparing statutory accounts
• Calculating and checking to make sure payments, amounts and records are
• Sorting out incoming and outgoing daily post and answering any queries
• Controlling credit and chasing debt
• Reconciling finance accounts and direct debits
You should be a team player, willing to be trained to learn all aspects of our
business with a flexible and adaptable attitude.
