I refer to my letter of the 9th November regarding our motorhome. I am now writing to thank you for your prompt and efficient response to the concerns expressed in my letter and, more importantly, for the actions taken by you and your workshop staff to rectify the problems. I am extremely grateful for the way in which the problem has now been resolved. The response and service that I have received in respect of this problem has been excellent, and extremely gratifying. It has proven to be very satisfying, a faultless example of customer after sales care, I would like to thank everyone concerned for their professional approach in dealing with this matter. Last week I brought my Camper Van in for its annual engine and habitation service. Your after sales department identified a problem with the clutch master cylinder which would not be rectified until the following day.
My wife and I would like to thank all your staff, engineers and office staff for the efficient, courteous and considerate way in which they dealt with us. The use of your over-night paddock and a courtesy car were greatly appreciated. The fact that they were able to replace the master cylinder saved us a great deal of anxiety and inconvenience.

What a fantastic crew...
First I must say how much I appreciate the After Sales dept for the service they provided with all the problems I had after purchasing the motorhome. What a fantastic crew they were.
Smart and friendly...
We arrived at your Motor home centre to look for a used motor home. After walking around for a few minutes we were approached by Danny one of your sales staff, a very smart professional person. After looking at used motorhomes we spotted a new Mclouis 663 and were very impressed but still not decided so Danny left us to talk thinks over between ourselves. On his return Danny took us on a tour of your workshops and service department, well that made us decide to buy from you. All the workshop fitters were in smart uniform, the workshop was immaculate and the service reception and sales staff were smart and friendly and all very professional. After taking delivery of our McLouis a few niggly things needed sorting out. These were sorted out by Martin and the Service department in a most pleasant and professional manner nothing was too much trouble.
