Doctor Don !

Don Amott receives an honourary degree from the University of Derby.Since leaving school at the age of 15 to work with his father, Don has built a multi-million pound empire, providing employment for hundreds of people across Derbyshire and Lincolnshire. He was previously co-owner of Derby County Football Club and is now Honorary Vice-President of the club. He was also Chairman of Derbyshire County Cricket Club. He continues to head his businesses and enjoys putting money back into the community
